Returns within 30 days
Unworn, unwashed items with tags can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Packs are returned as a whole pack. Underwear and socks can only be returned unopened.
Made-to-measure
Custom Fit (made-to-measure) items are cut to the measurements you submit. Unless the item is faulty or not as described, made-to-measure orders are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
Refunds
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method in the currency you paid. To start a return, email us with your order number.
