Not the right fit? Unworn, unwashed items with tags can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
- Packs are returned as a whole pack.
- Underwear and socks can only be returned unopened, for hygiene reasons.
- Refunds go back to the original payment method in the currency you paid.
- Custom Fit (made-to-measure) items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns unless faulty or not as described.
- Return shipping details will be confirmed before launch.
